Sharing Groups
If you want to meet like-minded people, drink tea, have fun, be inspired – and just maybe change your life completely, then come along to a sharing group. These are regular gatherings around the world for people who connect to the approach to life that Paul talks about. The groups are an opportunity to look at our automatic patterns of behaviour – and to start to see beyond them. The main tool we use is honesty - sharing the most honest truth that we are capable of in each moment. It can be an exciting, challenging and liberating experience. And if not, there’s always the tea and good company...
The groups generally take place in someone’s house, so the venue can change from time to time. New people are always welcome. There is no fee. For more details on dates, times and locations please click

Volunteering in Nepal
Hands with Hands
Imagine a future where we work hand in hand, supporting each other to bring out the very best in all of us. Hands With Hands is doing that right now, having already initiated several projects in Nepal in conjunction with indigenous Nepali partners.
These have included: building school rooms and giving 500 students the opportunity of secondary education; starting up micro-finance co-ops with women in poor rural areas to encourage economic growth and their ability to support their families; creating self-sustaining children’s homes – supporting orphaned children to grow and develop in empowering environments; and in conjunction with Nepal’s National Heart centre, Hands With Hands created “Child Heart”, which sponsors children from remote rural areas requiring heart surgery.
Evolving is a wider programme where people can become more directly involved - with volunteer work, sponsorship programmes, inspirational treks and more.
