I would appreciate to know what the actual movement is of ‘being with what is’ that is so often referred to. When there is an upset, it is mostly a turbulence of mind activity and justification of thoughts. With pain, emotional or physical, there is an unconscious pushing against the feeling which causes an intensification. So in my experience of being with what is, it is allowing an entry point of softening in the midst of the energetic engagement. That can feel like barriers crashing down into vulnerability, or on a deeper level that the upset/pain is fully encapsulated in a caring embrace of allowance. But what appears to be pointed at, is to sort of let the turmoil act itself out. Would it be possible to shine light on these subtleties? With great love, Y.
Dear Paul,
being often busy with so many things I often postpone listening to your audio notes.
And each time I take the time to listen to one of them it’s such a blessing.
Thanks you so much.
