Lots of scientific docos emerging lately pertaining to parallel universes.
One theory proclaims that every time we make a decision, two realities are
created – one that makes the one choice, and another for the other choice.
Then, although each is not aware of the other, we ‘live’ in both realities.
If you try to follow that theory with your mind you are likely to get
befuddled – infinite universes, and you exist in all of them?!
I am not going to attempt to explain this (even to myself) – that I now
experience what we are calling reality more in terms of vibration than
solid materiel. When I sit quietly, I feel, and almost hear, the ‘buzzing’
so strongly that it feels as though nothing is solid – more a of
vibration. And blending.
This is what it means to me in a practical way: there is harmony
‘happening.’ A maximum potential. There is a flow, and if I am sensitive
to it, no conflict, and all is delight.
(I do realise that there are two ways of looking at this:
if we are in tune with the harmony, then everything feels good;
if I accept everything the way it is, then everything feels like it is in
Again, practically, if we live at a pace that gives space, in each moment,
we become aware of what could be called a flow, or harmony, or maximum
potential, or ‘what wants to happen.’
This can often seem as though it is in conflict with what our mind is
telling us. That is why we need to slow down, and listen.
Again, lots of docos about how the heart is generating more and stronger
frequencies than the brain, and how we can take advantage of that as it is
much more intuitive, and can ease us into a more fulfilling way of living.
Let’s see how practical we can explain this.
If you are addicted to a substance, or automatic behaviour, you will
continue to do it – automatically. That part of your brain that is
addicted will keep you sedated enough so that you are not really aware of
what you are doing.
For instance, how could the intelligent part of a person go on smoking
cigarettes when there is so much absolute evidence that it not only
shortens their lives, it reduces their living capacity on every level?!
The only way to operate beyond that automatic part is to be aware, in each
and every moment, of what you are actually doing, saying, thinking – in
that very moment. And then, although having strong and uncomfortable
withdrawal effects, not do anything that supports the unconscious
Once it becomes clear, it becomes embarrassingly clear – that we knew this
all along, and just did not heed. We are the way we are, because of the
way we behave. If we woke up to our every moment behaviour we would see
for our selves the unpleasant consequences of living automatically.
Delight is our natural state.
If you are not delighting, then you are not living naturally. Makes sense?
Although it is simple, I know it is not easy. So many around you not
living that way. No excuse though – up to you. Give it a try – just for
Sending loving support…
