Greetings
I don’t think it is fully realised, even with those seeking Truth,
just how much everything is centred, and experienced,
through our unique selves.
There seems to be a vague assumption that everything is the way
we are experiencing it, and everyone’s experience, of everything,
is roughly the same way as ours. It isn’t – each one of us seems to
experience almost everything in a different and unique way.
So, we keep expecting everyone to see things the way we do –
especially in regard to the way they are treating us, and get upset
if they don’t. Often, very upset.
If you imagine yourself as coming from another planet, or dimension,
you may see as the main condition here as – conflict.
Country against country, religion against religion – even conflict
within each religion, politics, relationships, siblings.
That we may all have different perspectives is one thing, but expecting
everyone to see things the way we do is – stupid?
Let’s just look at this situation – children and parents.
Seems like very few children are fully grateful for what their parents
have contributed to their lives. For instance, life itself. and the
hassle, and time, and money.
And parents – expecting their children to see, and behave they way
they see as appropriate – even though they may not be happy themselves,
they are expecting their children to live and see things
the way they are. Silly?
I had a lot more come through on this subject – but it has gone now.
If ever you are unsure, just go to Byron Katie’s Method and go through
her suggestions and I think, if you are honest, you will come back to
seeing that – everything is about you. Everything.
Until – you find yourself not only without judgement, but with love and
caring – for everyone, and everything.
Then – you are free! Then you can welcome yourself home.
Happy freedoming
I recall Paul speaking about how we live in our own mini-verse (I am totally guessing here….having no recall of any actual time he said this. But I still attribute this to his teachings) and so does every one else!
And we only see each other (or come into existence) when we meet.
And then a moment of reality actually occurs.
Up till that moment, maybe they did or didn’t exist, the mind just doesn’t know.
So here we are all wrapped up into ourselves thinking we are experiencing a universe we all equally participate in, and that is just one more idea we don’t even know is real.
Phenomenal!
